Customers must own a valid license for every CodeCanyon, Envato, or third-party script submitted to us.

We work with software from CodeCanyon, Envato, Firebase, Google, Apple, Flutter, Laravel, WordPress, React, Node.js and other third parties. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Customers agree to provide accurate project information including:

• Purchased Script Files
• Purchase Code
• Hosting Access
• Domain Access
• Database Details
• cPanel / VPS Access
• Google Play Console Access
• Apple Developer Access (if applicable)
• Firebase Access
• API Keys

Quotations only include the services specifically mentioned. Additional features, integrations, redesigns, or custom development may require additional charges.

Delivery estimates depend on project complexity, customer response time, hosting availability, and third-party approvals. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We assist with preparing and publishing Android applications to the Google Play Store.

Google has sole authority to approve or reject applications. We cannot guarantee approval.

Apple reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject applications. We provide deployment assistance only and cannot guarantee approval.

We fix bugs directly related to work completed by our team. We are not responsible for issues caused by customer modifications, hosting providers, third-party updates, or external services.

Technical support includes installation assistance, deployment support, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting related to our services. Unlimited customization and feature development are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

We are not responsible for hosting downtime, server failures, internet outages, hardware failures, or hosting provider issues.

Payments may be required before project commencement. Final project delivery may be withheld until all outstanding invoices are paid.

Digital service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun or been completed. Refund requests are reviewed individually at our discretion.

Customers retain ownership of their purchased software, branding, and content. Code Install Service retains ownership of its development methods, documentation, and internal tools.

Customer credentials and project information are treated as confidential and used solely for completing the requested services.

Code Install Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business, or data. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

We do not provide services involving:

• Pirated software
• Cracked CodeCanyon scripts
• Illegal activities
• Malware
• Spam software
• Copyright infringement

All services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including guarantees regarding future compatibility, uninterrupted availability, or third-party software changes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Code Install Service operates.
